Jonathon has spent his business career developing and assisting businesses in a variety of industries, including beverage alcohol, pharmaceutical, automotive, Electric vehicle and for-profit medical professional practice M&A.
Jonathon is an accredited business appraiser, working with companies to achieve the maximum value for funding and or end sale. Jonathon has completed over 470 million USD in funded volume of debt within his career working alongside large corporations, organizations, funds and Schedule 1 banks in Canada, and over 790 million in medical/professional practice end sale value. Schedule 1 banks strategically lend 100% of Jonathon’s appraised value in the medical/professional practice space with below prime interest rates.
Jonathon sat as an independent board member for Spectral Capital (OTCQB: FCCN). While a board member, the share value increased from $0.06 to $5.40+, bringing the market cap to $768.84MM before Jonathon stepped down from his board position.
Jonathon is a frequent speaker to Special Situations lending executives at RBC, TD, Scotiabank, CIBC and BMO, Canada’s largest banks, and has clients in Italy, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA and Argentina. Jonathon has also served as a keynote speaker at SalesForce.com international sales club conference for its outstanding employees. Jonathon is based in Toronto, Canada.

John Walton
Doctor of veterinary medicine John owned and managed multiple practices in the Greater Toronto Area. Through hard work and knowledge of the business John consistently maintained the top 1% profitability in Canada. After selling the practices John works as a consultant in the medical field, passing on his 50+ years of experience.
Robert Walton
Following his passion, Robert is an accomplished teacher of the STEM programs. Before teaching Robert excelled at growing importing & exporting businesses. Focused on digital marketing and online sales through Amazon, private sales platforms and other direct to consumer sales channels, Robert single handedly turned antiquated business models around, transforming them into thriving businesses.
